Product Description This group of recordings was my first effort, but some of the best. It was meant as an aid to meditation for those who have trouble entering the meditation state, and to expand on that once entered. I wanted to create a meditation CD in accordance with information that I had received about how we should be meditating. First off, it is extermely important that we meditate a little every day. I have been doing at least 20 minutes each day, usually at the beginning of the day (and in the evening too, if you can). Doing this practice, you will connect yourself to the now-rising energetics leading up to 2012 and beyond. We are going through a great shift in vibration right now, a spiritual experiment for the whole world and the whole Universe (nothing is seperate). Meditation does so much for you. It centers, connects you to your soul and has an effect on the energy in you blood, creating a 'spin' or higher conscoiusness in your body, whcih promotes better health. Not to mention the destressing ability -- and who doesn't need to decompress from life these days . I found that this type of energy work with sound is called Sacred Sound. Sacred Sound is way in which energy is transferred from the artist to the music and then to the listener. It can also use note-to-chakra energy to clear and balance the chakra system. But I mainly just let my intuition and guidance move me. When I create the music, I meditate beforehand. Then during recording tracks, I am in a semi-trance state. I have a feeling where I want to go, but I let my fingers take over and express a channeling of the highest energy that I can access. When I get these CDs back from the duplication place, I can hold one in my hand and actually feel a vibration coming off it, traveling up my wrist and arm. Energy is transferable. When someone listens, if they are open, they can receive the energy that was put into the recording. This CD can not only work for meditation, it can be used for background for energy work, like massage and Reiki, or when doing readings such as Tarot. My desire is to help uplift and heal with this music. I wish to use this as a way to contribute to the hogher awarenss and well-being of mankind, to be of service.
