Description

Instructions for use:1. Take any 18" balloon, roll the mouth of the balloon back a few times, and place the balloon on the eight protruding tips.2. Squeeze the handles together, the fork will unfold, stretch the balloon and put it on the machine ring.3. Make sure that the fork is facing up and the opening of the expander is directly on the inlet of the filler.4. When the stretcher opening is centered above the collar, lower the stretcher until the balloon mouth is lower than the bottom of the collar.5. Releasing the pressure on the stretcher handle will make the balloon fit tightly to the collar. (As many as possible, put the balloons at the entrance of the packaging machine to prevent them from falling)6. Suitable for: 10-48 inch latex balloons; bobble ball with mouth width less than 3.5cm or 18/20/22/24/36 inch bobo ball.

Use: 1) expand the balloon mouth, easy to stuff small balls or dolls or other gifts into the large ball. 2) expand the balloon mouth, easy to set the large ball on the balloon packing machine mouth.

Warm tip: This is not a complete machine, this flare tool is suitable for combination balloon machine use, not recommended to use alone.
